HL—MZS Lignin Fiber for Road

HL-MZS lignin fiber is a kind of fiber structure chain formed by the inert organic fiber left after the lignin and most of the fiber contained in natural wood are decomposed after chemical treatment. Because the temperature of wood during chemical treatment is as high as 260 degrees Celsius, the treated cellulose has very stable chemical properties under normal environmental conditions, and will not be corroded by acids, alkalis and general solvents. Therefore, SMA is widely used ( Asphalt mastic macadam mixture) and OGFC open grade chemical resistant structure on the highway pavement. Asphalt horseshoe fat crushed stone mixture (SMA) is a new type of asphalt mixture that has appeared in the world in recent years. It is composed of asphalt, fiber stabilizer, mineral powder and a small amount of fine aggregate. It is formed by the gap of the coarse aggregate skeleton. As an important part of SMA, wood fiber not only has the function of adsorbing asphalt, but also has the function of reinforcement and stabilization, which improves the high temperature stability of the mixture to a certain extent. The research results show that wood fiber has an important effect on the performance of SMA mixture, especially the rutting resistance.
