Deakin University of Australia recently signed a cooperation agreement with Dow Aksa, a carbon fiber company. The agreement aims to enhance Australia's R & D and manufacturing technology in the field of carbon fiber and its composites, and promote the application of carbon fiber technology in automobile and its components. The two sides will realize technical interaction and exchange in the field of carbon fiber.

Professor den Hollander of Deakin University said the two sides would first promote the use of dowaksa's carbon fiber products in Australia, and eventually seek global application opportunities.

After the start of the cooperation, Australia also hopes to establish a more extensive platform for technical and commercial exchanges in the US market.
